Mini Late Model Series 1 update

RC Fun Hobbies last race of the series Mini Late Model started out great until the rain came. We made it through the 2nd Qualifier before the weather forced us to retreat to shelter. Diaz wins the first heat and Troy turner wins the 2nd. We’ll finish up the race starting with the 3rd qualifier on May 25th at 6:30 pm. Come and watch the race with us at RC Fun Hobbies, Dothan.

Oval track record broken

Losi Mini late model race series is going on at RC Fun Hobbies, 3 down and 4 more races to go, every Tuesday night at 6:30 pm. Troy Turner has beat the track record with a 6.3 sec lap, formerly held by Diaz at 6.4 sec.

RC Fun Hobbies is having a off road Club race, 50% entry fee to top 3 in class. Classes not listed bring what you got we’ll race it. This event is Sponsored by Golds Gym.  In addition to pay outs all entries will receive a FREE one week membership to Golds Gym. The winners in each class will receive a FREE 3 month membership to Golds Gym.

Dirt Oval Series Scheduled 4/6/10

RC Fun Hobbies is having the Tuesday night Dirt Oval Mini Late Model Race at 6:30 pm. entry fee 10.00. This will be the 1st Race of the 7 Race series, trophies will be awarded to the top three, points system will be used. Prizes will be awarded to top three of each race.

Micro DT Race Scheduled 3/27/10

RC Fun Hobbies is having a Micro Race indoors on the foam track. This is the 1/36 scale Desert Truck by Losi. These trucks are ready to race right out of the box. The race starts at 3pm Saturday March 27. Come check it out! Entry fee is $10.00.
