Flying Field Grass is Cut

Friday, August 6th, 2010

The flying field grass has been cut and is looking better. The grass is growing in pretty good considering we’ve had little rain. Flying these days is a little more tolerable early morning or late afternoon. (8/5/10)

    Flying the Ultimate Bi-plane

    Friday, June 18th, 2010

The Ultimate Bi-Plane flew great the other day. Davis and I flew a couple tanks of Nitro out of it. It handles real nice and smooth. We found it’s best to come in on landing approach with a little power as the plane has a tendancy to stall and roll over at a faster speed than most aircraft. After some quick evasive action we powered up and made go around. For Model airplane lessons call us at 334-673-7223 ask for John. check out the video.
