2. Go to http://www.iirebates.com/losi/ to initiate the redemption process via the online claim form.
3. After completing the online claim form, consumers must send all of the following required proof-of-purchase redemption materials to the address provided below within 30 days of the purchase date on receipt:
a. Original UPC bar code with item number from box.
b. Original dated and itemized receipt from an authorized Horizon Hobby retailer.
c. Printed copy of claim form with claim number (you should receive this via email after you have completed the online submission form).

Restrictions: Only one (1) claim submission per customer, household and/or shipping address with a limit of three (3) eligible items per claim. Purchase must be made from an authorized Horizon Hobby dealer in the 50 United States or Canada. Product must be new and in the original box. Offer is not transferable, only valid for original purchase. Reseller and institutional purchase do not qualify for this offer. Complete redemption submission must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase date indicated on original receipt.
